If you have any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements, please contact us before placing your order and make us aware of them. As our food is prepared in a kitchen where multiple ingredients are handled, we want to make sure you have the information you need before ordering.

For online UK orders, we dispatch from Monday to Thursday to reduce the chance of parcels being held in transit over the weekend and to help your food arrive in the best possible condition.

For Barrow & local orders, please bear in mind that Kalami is a small home-based business. Occasionally, preparation or delivery may take a little longer than originally expected, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated and get your food to you as soon as possible.

For online orders, place your food in the fridge as soon as it arrives and, where possible, avoid freezing it again. Each order comes with its own preparation and reheating guide, so please follow the instructions provided, as cooking and reheating methods can vary between dishes.

For local freshly prepared orders, we recommend enjoying your food as soon as possible for the best taste and quality.
