Manok Inasal (Filipino Grilled Chicken)
A Filipino classic, Manok Inasal is our take on the famous grilled chicken of Iloilo. Marinated in a blend of calamansi (Filipino lime), vinegar, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, and spices, then slow-grilled to perfection, it’s smoky, tangy, and full of flavour. This dish is a staple in the Philippines, enjoyed at family gatherings, street-side eateries, and celebrations alike. Now, we’re bringing it straight from our kitchen to yours.

3. Place in an oven-safe dish.
4. Brush lightly with oil or cover with foil to keep the meat juicy.

6. Rest for 2 - 3 minutes before serving.
